Our long-term cooperation with Meditex d.o.o. from Zabok confirms the continuity of trust and professional execution delivered by Ptimont-Mart d.o.o.
The collaboration began with the construction of the first production hall in 2010, continued with the realization of the second hall in 2014, and culminated in 2018 with the construction of a large connecting canopy between the existing facilities. The project included several development phases of the complex and required a high level of technical coordination and precise execution.
Facades & Architectural Finishing
A particularly notable feature is the facade execution of the administrative part of the building using the PREFALZ system by Prefa. The finishing layer consists of standing seam aluminum sheets in a patinated finish, providing the facility with a modern and representative appearance along with long-term material durability.
The warehouse section was clad with insulated panel facades, optimized for functionality, energy efficiency, and fast installation.
Roofing System
The roof system was executed using the SIKA SIKAPLAN waterproofing membrane system, ensuring long-term protection and reliability for the industrial facility.
Connecting Canopy
The connecting canopy between the halls was constructed using steel lattice girders with a profiled trapezoidal sheet covering manufactured by Filli Stahl. The structure was designed and executed with a focus on stability, durability, and integration with the existing buildings.
Interior Reconstruction
As part of the reconstruction of the warehouse space into a production facility, an intermediate steel structure was installed inside the existing hall, optimizing the functionality of the space and increasing the operational capacity of the facility.
This project represents an example of long-term cooperation and the capability to execute multi-phase industrial investments, from structures and facades to complex reconstruction works.
